Post Workout Bars
1 jar of Peanut Butter
8 tbsp Honey
100g Oats
80g Crushed nuts
40g Protein Powder
Mix the Peanut Butter with the Honey and microwave on full power for 90 seconds
Mix in the Oats, Nuts and Protein Powder
Stir Well
Spoon into square tin and leave in the fridge overnight
Chop into bars
Protein Pancakes
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
4 egg whites
1 scoop protein powder
Blend ingredients together until you get the consistency of pancake mix.
Fry in pan using Fry Light sunflower spray or other low cal oil of your choice.
Eat plain or add the topping of your choice, peanut butter is great if your on a bulking diet.
You can also add fruit to the mix before blending to give different flavours.
Protein Shake - Banana
300ml skimmed milk
2 scoops protein power
1 banana
1 teaspoon peanut butter
Blend ingredients until smooth and enjoy!!
